Initial Pediatric Consultation

When you book a pediatric intake appointment, I will send you a detailed questionnaire to fill out. You may also send any relevant lab work, and a timeline of your child’s medical history if it is complex.
I will spend time going over all of your materials before our appointment, we will have a 90 minute meeting over Zoom, and then I will spend an additional few hours selecting remedies, developing a dosing schedule, and sharing my feedback via email within 3 days of our appointment. If your child is able to come on the Zoom call for a few minutes, that is ideal; if not, you can send a picture of your child or even a short video of the behaviors/symptoms you are wanting to treat.

You might be nervous about trying something new, but I will be there for you every step of the way. I work very closely with parents to make sure they understand what to look for after dosing remedies and we may adjust the dosing style or frequency as the child shows us what their body needs. I want to hear from you frequently during the first month about how your child is reacting to the remedies so that we can make adjustments if needed. The pediatric intake fee includes the initial homeopathic remedies prescribed. Additional remedies needed after the first prescription, including changes of potencies, will be billed at my cost for ordering them, which is typically between $4.50-$6.50 per packet of approximately 35 pellets, plus $10.25 shipping for priority mail.

Initial Parent Consultation

Our children are reflections of us. Have you ever noticed that when you are grounded and centered, your kid has a good day? And when you are dysregulated, your kid is too? Most of the parents I work with have their own health issues that they possibly passed onto their children, or at the very least are experiencing fatigue, guilt, overwhelm, or grief. You may feel like all of your time and energy should go towards healing your child, but your child will heal faster
if you are healing too. So let’s do some self care and focus on
you for an hour!

Initial parent consultations are meant for those whose children are already my clients, and the reduced rate reflects that. (If you are interested in an intake appointment for an adult and I am not already helping your child, please send me an email describing your case.) When you book an initial parent consultation, I will send you a detailed intake form to get any remaining information that I don’t already have from treating your child. We will meet via Zoom, I will send your protocol within three days, and I can order the remedies for you if you wish (you will be billed at my cost for ordering them, which is typically between $4.50-$6.50 per packet of approximately 35 pellets, plus $10.25 shipping for priority mail). Standard follow-up appointments can be shared with your child if everything can be discussed within 45 minutes; otherwise we can schedule a 60-90 minute shared follow-up for $175.

Follow-Up

I suggest booking a follow-up appointment every 4-6 weeks until the case is stable so that dosing and potency can be refined and new remedies selected as symptoms change during the healing process. Follow-ups are 45 minute Zoom meetings.

Acute Care

For existing clients who are dealing with an acute issue such as an illness or sudden trauma. Includes a 20 minute phone call, a detailed email with my recommendations, and a check-in email to make any adjustments 24 hours later.
